I wanted to send a quick email to clarify what is happening with travel accommodations for the Orlando tournament. First let me list the teams that are going and the arrival and departure dates.

We have signed a contract with Lake Buena Vista Resort Village for (45) 2 and 3 bedroom condos. They have everything you would want at a special price of $109/129, the 2 bedroom is furnished like the following:
One King bed with luxury Jacuzzi Tub and private bathroom facilities, Queen Sofa Bed in Living area, Second bedroom with twin beds, second bathroom, Laundry facilities, Gourmet fully equipped kitchen to include dishwasher, Lounge & dining area, oversized TV in Lounge, Private furnished balcony. We would like all Alpine teams to book at this facility. I know some of the Falcons have booked at Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Orlando Lake Buena Vista. I would prefer that ALL teams book at one place, it makes communication easier and everyone can socialize more conveniently. I am also aware of a family telling parents about a $49 Comfort Inn rate, again, I would prefer that ALL teams book at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village.
I know that this trip will be a hardship for many families, it will be for me as well. But the girls will remember this trip for a long time and I would like to have them be good memories. Try sharing a condo with another family to save money. We will also look at some fund raising opportunities to help families out.

Ps. The voucher deal sounded too good to be true and it was, by the time they added all of the extra fees it was over $110 a day.
